Who You Are

  • 1-2+ Years Sales Experience. You are serious about Sales and are ready to further develop your career in an exciting environment where the sky and your desire are the only limitations.
  • Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills. As a front-line representative, you will be the first point of contact between prospects and our company. You're cool, calm, and collected when handling objections and must remain professional at all times.
  • Driven, Organized & Results-Oriented. You like to get stuff done and prefer to figure things out vs. having your hand held. You're organized and can identify priorities in an ocean of ambiguity. You're hungry for opportunities and can move projects along without getting caught up in the process. And, you're motivated to do your best every day.
  • Creative Quick Thinker. You're going to be provided leads and contacts, but you must "think outside the box" to identify real opportunities, separate them from tire-kickers, and dedicate your time and resources to collect the required information to close the sale. We're looking for someone who has the intuition and abilities to be thorough and detail oriented when it comes to prospecting.

What You'll Do
The Packaging Consultant position is responsible for connecting with potential customers (via phone, virtual meetings, email, etc.), qualifying them as prospects, educating them about our products and services, and working through questions and objections until an order is placed. You will be managing the sales pipeline and working through a defined sales process. We utilize the latest and best technologies to set appointments with these opportunities, so you can focus the majority of your time on what you do best: Selling!!

Serving a wide variety of customers across multiple industries, from startups to Fortune 1000, you will be a critical team member that will have the opportunity to hit the ground running with a pipeline of current and new leads.

You will report to the Sales Manager, with access to the Company’s Founder and will have the rare opportunity for learning and development that will accelerate your career and provide hands-on experience in building, growing, and scaling.
